Scheduled Flights

• The Frequent Flyer promotion must be booked by June 15th and expires September 17th, 2012. All ten seats must be paid for at once in order to receive the 11th flight free. Flights are based upon availability.
• Flights are subject to FAA minimum weather requirements and may be cancelled if weather is below established minimums.
• All fares are one way.
• Check-in with photo ID required 15 minutes prior to departure time.
• Reservation cancellation & change fees can apply.
• All reservations require credit card guarantee.
• All flights are shared charters.
• Other flight times may be available.
• All luggage is subject to searching.
• Luggage restriction limited to 1 bag 20 pounds max. Golf clubs/surfboards are not permitted.
• Children are charged full fare. Flights require a car seat for children under two.
• Small pets ok. Pet’s weight counted towards the 20 pound max.
• Fares subject to a fuel surcharge in the event of a fuel price increase.
• All flights require minimum passenger loads to operate. We will do our best to offer you alternate arrangements if minimums are not met.
• In the event of cancellation due to weather or mechanical difficulties, fares will be refunded.
• All tickets purchased expire on September 17, 2012.
• Planes will take off at scheduled times and will not wait for anyone delayed.
• Flight times, prices, and flight minimums required to fly are subject to change and will be communicated accordingly.
• Scheduled flights may be added or deleted throughout the season; please refer to www.StndAir.com for the most up to date schedule.
• Cancellation 48 hours or more prior to departure will result in a $75 charge. Cancellation within 48 hours prior to departure will result in a full-fare charge.
